標準舞是現今其中一種最受歡迎的舞種，可以用作表演、比賽、聯誼、休閒娛樂或成為日常運動。


標準舞包括了5隻Ballroom :華爾滋(Waltz)、探戈(Tango)、狐步(Foxtrot)、快步舞(Quickstep)和維也納華爾滋(Viennese Waltz);


5隻Latin: 恰恰恰(Cha Cha Cha)、倫巴(Rumba)、森巴(Samba)、捷舞(Jive)和鬥牛舞(Paso Doble) 共十種舞蹈。


導師曾在海外、國內和香港多個大賽取得佳積，並擁有多年教學經驗。
