課程內容：
由前香港體操代表隊運動員設計、資深註冊體操教練帶領, 擁有豐富教學經驗、曾教授學校包括: 己連拿小學、清水灣小學、山頂小學、法國國際學校等。根據英國體操協會能力評級，發展學員在地板和平衡木上各種跳躍、翻滾和基本體操技巧。 除了體操技巧的發展，更能夠提高學員的身體協調性、力量、柔韌、爆發力、敏捷度，提升整體運動表現。
年齡組別：
3-5歲 (0900-0950 / 1430-1520)
6-8歲 (1000-1100 / 1530-1630)
9-12歲 (1100-1200 / 1300-1400)

Course Contents:
The course is led by a senior registered gymnastics coach and former national team gymnast with extensive experience training students at Clearwater Bay School, Peak School, French International School and other schools.
The course is designed based on British Gymnastics proficiency awards scheme to improve students' abilities in various jumps, tumbling, and gymnastics shapes on the floor and beam. Learners' body coordination, strength, flexibility, power, agility, and general sports performance will all improve as a result of their gymnastics skills improvement.
